Cancellation policy

1. Subscription Orders (Monthly Flower Plan)

When you subscribe to our Monthly Flower Plan, you will receive 4 scheduled deliveries per month based on your selected preferences.

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins.

  • To manage or cancel your subscription, please log in to your account or contact us at d2blooms@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations requested after the billing date will apply to the following cycle and will not refund any in-progress deliveries.

2. One-Time or Custom Floral Orders

For custom arrangements, preserved flowers, or fresh bouquets, orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.

  • After 24 hours, orders may enter production or preparation and cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Green Plants / Potted Arrangements

Orders for green plants or potted arrangements may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, or once the order is processed for shipment, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

4. Plush Toys / Non-Floral Gifts

Orders for plush toys or non-floral gift items may be canceled before shipping confirmation.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

5. Home Decor / Scented Products

Orders for home decor items or scented products may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, orders will enter processing and cannot be canceled.
