We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible non-custom items. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
👉 How to return:
1️⃣ Email us at d2blooms@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2️⃣ Once approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We will refund the item price minus any original shipping fees (unless it was a free shipping promotion).

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Non-returnable items
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our floral creations, we do not accept returns for the following:

Preserved flowers (eternal roses, domes, etc.)

Fresh flower bouquets or arrangements

Customized or personalized floral products
Other non-returnable items include:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will cover return shipping if the issue is confirmed and provide a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
